Ground shipping is complimentary for all online orders! Express shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. We also offer free in-store pickup if you would like to stop in to say hello!
Orders are processed and packaged with care in our boutique Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST (excluding major holidays). Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order prior to shipping.
• Complimentary ground shipping: Arrives 3-7 business days after your order is processed.
• Express shipping: Arrives 2-3 business days after your order is processed.

We ship via UPS to the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. box, or rural address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Signature Upon Delivery may be added during checkout for $5. We highly recommended this additional service to ensure your order is received! While we will do everything we can to assist if your package is missing or stolen after delivery, we are unable to provide a refund for orders in these cases.
Gift wrapping is complimentary! Indicate which items in your cart should be gift wrapped, and we will take care of the rest.
To ensure you receive your order on or before December 24th, orders must be placed by December 14th.
You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number after your package is processed. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on UPS.com or USPS.com after your order is processed.
In-store pickup or shipment destinations in North Carolina will be charged sales tax.
