Returns and Exchanges
Size exchanges are complimentary! Select your new size in the portal and, after we receive your return, we'll send you a tracking number for your new size.
Looking for a different style? Select return for store credit (no processing fee). After your return is processed, you will receive a code via email to use at checkout. Want us to reserve a piece while your return is processing? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds to your original payment method include a $15 processing fee.
We accept returns for online orders up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Sale items are eligible for return. Skincare, fragrances, candles, and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange. Gifts may be returned or exchanged outside the 14 day window. Please contact our team if you need assistance with your gift.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original contents. Try shoes on carpeted surfaces only. Items with stains, odors, or visible wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
