If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 919-251-8537 for a Return Authorization number. We accept returns and exchanges of products in original condition with tags attached. For returns within 14 days of the original postmarked shipping date, your payment will be returned to the credit card used for payment. Items can be returned for store credit for up to 90 days after the original postmarked shipping date. All sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box with all included contents, free of damage and postal labels. We advise that you try on shoes inside and in a carpeted area, as we cannot accept shoes returned with visible wear, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original item shipped was incorrect or damaged.
