If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 919-797-2767 for a Return Authorization number. We accept returns and exchanges of products in original condition with tags attached. For returns within 14 days of the original postmarked shipping date, your payment will be returned to the credit card used for payment. Items can be returned for store credit for up to 90 days after the original postmarked shipping date. All sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box with all included contents, free of damage and postal labels. We advise that you try on shoes inside and in a carpeted area, as we cannot accept shoes returned with visible wear, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original item shipped was incorrect or damaged.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend using a traceable carrier for returned shipments, and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive an RA number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 919-797-2767. You will receive an email notification once your return shipment has been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 days for any refunds to display on your credit card statement.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. To request an exchange, please contact us. Then, fill out the Return Authorization form when you have received your confirmation and RA number. Make sure to fill in all information about the item you would like as an exchange on the RA form.
