Welcome to our debut spring/summer lookbook!

Thursday, April 10th, 2014

Happy printemps,

Like the daffodils, downtown Durham is flourishing – because you’ve supported independent restaurants and retailers like Vert & Vogue!

The Indy Week awards greatly help support small businesses like ours. You’ve crowned V&V Best Local Womens Boutique and Best Mens Clothing for the last four years. Please make it five! KINDLY VOTE NOW. The polls close April 20th.

Now feast your eyes on our debut Vert & Vogue lookbook, shot at our community partner, SEEDS,’ newly expanded outpost and garden. Your favorite American-made and local designers are here, and some new ones, illuminating the garden as it begins to grow.

As always, we feel so lucky to have your support and be a part of the Durham renaissance. With all of our gratitude, enjoy the season.

Merci infiniment,

Shop our spring collection for a great Durham cause!

Wednesday, March 12th, 2014

Dear Friends,

We’re thrilled to have just returned from our first buying trip to Paris. Boy, do the French and Italians know how to uplift the everyday with fashion.

Their influence arrives at V&V this spring with French-made labels Zespa shoes (pic) and Ursul bracelets (pic). Both offer sublime style that will elevate any of your ensembles.

American-made inspiration comes this season from V&V newcomers Rachel Comey, No.6 ready-to-wear, Otte, and Billy Reid (women and men). Their stunning silhouettes are crafted with exquisite textiles and tailoring. Our Vert & Vogue shirting line for women and men is here too in brilliant colors and prints.

Come celebrate our spring collection this Saturday, March 15th at our 2nd Annual Urban Ministries of Durham Day. 20% of our sales will be donated to UMD and support its vital work helping women get back on their feet, in part through their Dress for Success partner program.

Please shop V&V’s best collection yet for a great Durham cause!

We look forward to seeing you and sharing stories of Paris.

Merci beaucoup,

Nadira & Ryan

P.S. Have you heard about new downtown hair salon Arrow Studio? We’re loving it!
